I have made every attempt to give you a precise description of each item I have offered for sale, and show the colors as accurately as possible. Please read each item description to determine measurements, lengths and sizes, and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Payment
I accept credit card payment through Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to pay this way. I do not accept personal checks or money orders at this time.
Shipping
I am happy to offer worldwide shipping. Your item(s) will be shipped from Canada by Canada Post to the confirmed shipping address attached to the PayPal receipt within two business days of receiving payment, and when possible the same day.

Normally takes 2-8 business days
United States
$3.00 ($0.50 if shipped with another item)
Normally take 5-12 business days
Everywhere else
$5.00 ($1.00 if shipped with another item)
As quick as 4 days but can take up to 3 weeks or more depending on where you live.
I appreciate your patience as the mail can be slower at times. If you would like faster shipping, insurance or delivery confirmation, please contact me. Additional costs may be added to your shipping fees.
International Shipping:
Please be aware that you may have to pay duties and taxes on your items. Contact your local customs office to see if and how this applies to you. You will be responsible for any fees incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges

I offer an unconditional guarantee on all beads and jewelry I sell. Although I sincerely hope this will not be the case, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me within seven days of delivery. I will do my best to resolve the matter or refund your money. I will refund you the cost of the item after I receive it back, minus the shipping costs.
